Zein Abdalla is chief executive officer of PepsiCo Europe. PepsiCo owns the world's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands, including 22 different product lines, each of which generates more than $1 billion in annual retail sales. PepsiCo's main businesses – Quaker, Tropicana, Gatorade, Frito-Lay, and Pepsi Cola – also make hundreds of other enjoyable foods and beverages that are respected household names throughout the world. He assumed this role in November 2009, and is responsible for PepsiCo’s food and beverage businesses in Continental Europe as well as the UK and sub-Sahara Africa, which together generated approximately $10 billion in revenues in 2010.
Having joined PepsiCo in 1995, Abdalla has served in a variety of progressively responsible positions, including general manager, Europe beverage business unit; general manager, Tropicana Europe; and Franchise vice president, Pakistan and the Gulf region. In September 2008 he went on to lead the complete portfolio of PepsiCo businesses in Europe.

Saad Abdul-Latif is Chief Executive Officer of PepsiCo's Asia, Middle East and Africa Division, comprising all PepsiCo food and beverage businesses in the region and generating nearly $6 billion in annual revenues. He has led the business since September 2008, having previously led for five years PepsiCo's South Asia Middle East Africa business and, earlier, its Middle East Africa unit.
As CEO of the AMEA Division, Mr. Abdul-Latif is responsible for a territory that spans more than 100+ countries and is home to more than half of the world's population. A 28-year PepsiCo veteran, he has held a wide range of international roles in the corporation's food and beverage businesses since joining the company in 1982. Among his roles, he has served as General Manager for PepsiCo beverages in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan, Area Vice President for the Saudi Arabia and Gulf region, Group Vice President for Frito-Lay Middle East and General Manager for the Middle East region.
Mr. Abdul-Latif is an active supporter of education causes. He sits on the board of PlaNet Finance, an organization which fights poverty through the development of microfinance, and is the former chairperson of World Links–Arab Region, which leverages information and communication technology to educate youth in developing countries.
Mr. Abdul-Latif holds an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management in Arizona and a BA in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut.

Puma joined PepsiCo in November 2010. She is responsible for the company’s Strategic Supply Management’s agenda, including ensuring quality along the supply chain; driving innovation within PepsiCo’s supplier base to accelerate the transformation of the company’s portfolio and advance its Environmental Sustainability goals; facilitating the growth of PepsiCo’s Global Nutrition Group; expanding globally, with increasingly sophisticated support to PepsiCo’s developing markets; and delivering cost savings while effectively managing commodity pricing risk.
Prior joining PepsiCo, Puma worked for United Airlines (UA), where she served as senior vice president, Chief Procurement Officer since 2007. She led the transformation of UA’s procurement organization to a global Strategic Sourcing function with an enterprise-wide scope. Puma and her team delivered significant savings across the value chain, while effectively handling risk management through the jet fuel crises in 2008.
Before joining UA in 2007, she led key areas of Strategic Supply Management globally at Kraft Foods, including raw materials, packaging, indirect materials and services. Puma rose to positions of increasing responsibility at Kraft from 1999 to 2007. She also worked in Strategic Supply Management at Motorola and Gillette.

Beck assumed this role in January 2011, and is responsible for leveraging the experience and capabilities of PepsiCo's supply chain organizations around the world, while driving critical initiatives across the company's Food and Beverage businesses. Among other responsibilities, he oversees the relationships between PepsiCo Global Operations and the company's Research & Development, Procurement and Marketing functions to build flexibility and efficiency into PepsiCo's manufacturing processes and product/packaging designs.
Beck joined PepsiCo in 1993, and has served in a variety of positions, including senior vice president, Operations, Frito-Lay North America; executive vice president, PepsiCo Chicago; and most recently as president, North America Functional Beverages, PepsiCo Americas Beverages. In this role, Beck led the Sales, Supply Chain and Operations organizations supporting the Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade businesses, and was a key player in driving Gatorade's sustainable growth.

Neil Campbell is President of Tropicana Beverages North America, the beverage business that integrates all of PepsiCo's North American juice businesses into one operating unit.
Prior to being named Tropicana president in December 2007, Mr. Campbell had enjoyed an extensive 15-year PepsiCo career. He joined the Walkers marketing function in 1993 and held a variety of roles before moving to the Netherlands as Vice President - Marketing. He assumed leadership of the Walkers Marketing function in 1998, and then added expanded responsibilities to include Tropicana and Quaker in 2003.
In July 2005, Mr. Campbell stepped into the role of General Manager for Walkers and led the business through an incredibly challenging period. He is one of the U.K.'s most accomplished marketers, having co-owned the hugely impactful Gary Lineker advertising campaign, authored Walkers' push into evening snacking and championed Walkers Crisps' groundbreaking entry into healthier snacking and sustainability. Under Mr. Campbell's leadership, Walkers has become one of Britain's biggest grocery brands.
He is a graduate of Cambridge University where he studied law. He also holds a barrister at law qualification from the Middle Temple, which is responsible for the training and regulation of barristers in England and Wales.

Albert (Al) P. Carey is chief executive officer of PepsiCo Americas Beverages, a unit of PepsiCo. PAF, comprised of 130,000 associates, reported $22 billion in revenues in 2010 making it the largest sector of PepsiCo’s four business units. In addition, Compton leads both PepsiCo’s Power of One – Americas Council (comprised of the company’s top food and beverage leaders across North, South and Central America) and Global Snacks Group (created to develop, innovate and leverage the company’s global snacks portfolio).
Compton joined PepsiCo in 1983, and has held a variety of positions. He was most recently chief executive officer, PepsiCo North America and, prior, served as president and chief executive officer, Quaker Tropicana Gatorade. He also worked in Frito-Lay for 22 years in various sales, marketing, operations and general management assignments, including vice chairman and president of Frito-Lay's North American Salty Snacks Division, chief marketing officer and senior vice president, Sales. Compton served on the Board of Directors of the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group prior to its merger with PepsiCo in 2010.

He founded the company's SAP Global Center of Expertise, which integrated multiple systems into a single SAP platform. Guimaraes assumed this role in October 2011, and is responsible for strategic sourcing management, global operations, business and information solutions and global productivity. He is leading the transformation of PepsiCo’s current operating model to one that functions in a collaborative matrix – a change that will allow the company to globally leverage its innovation, best practices, productivity, global brand architectures and strategic external alliances, while enabling local teams to manage and execute their businesses.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Guimaraes served as executive vice president of Electrolux and chief executive officer of its €4.5 billion major appliances business for Europe, Africa and the Middle East, based in Belgium. In this role, he completed a 1,000-day, 35-country transformation program of its major appliance business -- fundamentally shifting the cost structure, reducing complexity, leveraging scale and establishing common processes. The initiative dramatically simplified the company’s product lines, from 10,000 different models to fewer than 5,000, while improving product quality.
Before this, Guimaraes spent 13 years at Philips Electronics, first as a regional marketing executive in Brazil and ultimately as senior vice president and head of global marketing management and general manager of the VidiWall LED display business. There he led a transformational effort to improve marketing effectiveness across Philips’ €32 billion global business, which included reshaping the brand architecture, advertising and marketing governance across all Philips businesses. Guimaraes also served as chief executive officer of Philips’ Lifestyle Incubator group, an innovation engine which created new businesses and developed them over several years -- from conception to €100 million sales.

Greco joined PepsiCo in Canada in 1986, and has served in a variety of positions, including region vice president, Midwest; president, Frito-Lay Canada; senior vice president, Sales, Frito-Lay North America; president, Global Sales, PepsiCo; executive vice president, Sales, North America Beverages; and most recently as executive vice president and chief commercial officer, Pepsi Beverages Company (PBC). In this role, Greco was responsible for leading PBC’s retail selling efforts across the U.S. and Canada.

Prior to joining PepsiCo, Hamp was vice president, Communications for General Motors' (GM) European region. Based in Zurich, Switzerland, she was responsible for media relations, internal communications, brand publicity and corporate communications, partnering with GM leaders in 27 countries. Hamp’s previous positions within GM included general director, Communications for Latin America, Africa and the Middle East; general director for GM's brands in North America; and vice president, Communications, Saturn. During her tenure at GM, she covered communications in all areas of the business, including engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing communications.

Johnston assumed this role in March 2010, and is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership; ensuring PepsiCo's capital structure, financial systems and controls; and forecasting models that will support the company's growth and expansion. As a member of the executive leadership team, Johnston builds financial infrastructure, oversees risk management, and upholds PepsiCo's finance and accounting policies and procedures.
Johnston joined PepsiCo in 1987, and has served in a variety of positions, including CFO, Beverages and Foods, PepsiCo; senior vice president, Mergers and Acquisitions, PepsiCo; president, Pepsi-Cola North America Beverages; and most recently executive vice president, Global Operations, PepsiCo. As chief scientific officer, Dr. Khan leads company-wide research and development (R&D); recruits highly regarded clinical scientists, global health leaders and medical experts; launches research projects with leading universities; and opens advanced R&D facilities.
As CEO, Global Nutrition Group (GNG), Dr. Khan leads a global team of experts in nutrition, medicine, research, science, marketing/branding, ingredient sourcing and product innovation. He directs PepsiCo’s enterprise planning, portfolio development and execution of new technology to grow the company’s nutrition-focused brands in four areas: grains (Quaker), fruits (Tropicana), vegetables (Sabra) and dairy (Wimm-Bill-Dann). Between 1986 and 1990, Mrs. Nooyi worked for Motorola, where she was Vice President and Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning, having joined the company as the business development executive for its automotive and industrial electronic group. Prior to Motorola, she spent six years directing international corporate strategy projects at The Boston Consulting Group. Her clients ranged from textiles and consumer goods companies to retailers and specialty chemicals producers. Mrs. Nooyi began her career in India, where she held product manager positions at Johnson & Johnson and at Mettur Beardsell, Ltd., a textile firm.

Padierna also chairs the Mexico Council, created after his current role appointment, which is formed by leaders of the company’s Foods and Beverages businesses.

Robb O'Hagan joined PepsiCo in June 2008 as chief marketing officer, Gatorade, where she oversaw the business' strategic direction, product innovation, and consumer, shopper and sports marketing communications. In this role, Robb O'Hagan led Gatorade's transformation from sports drink company to sports performance innovator, which included the launch of the brand's G Series - a line of products that delivers fuel, fluid and nutrients to athletes before, during and after physical activity.
